Privacy policy

The short version

GD Requests collects the minimum it needs to run your account: your email address and your username. That's it. We do not sell your data to third parties — ever. Your data is private and will never be disclosed to anyone.

What we collect

When you create an account, we store:

• Email address — used to identify your account, let you log in, and (if you use email/password sign-in) recover access. If you sign in with Twitch, Google, or Discord, we receive your email from that provider for the same purpose.
• Username — the display name shown on your dashboard, request link, and public queue page.

Both are collected solely for account purposes. We don't collect anything else about you, and we don't track you across other websites.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not share, rent, or trade your data with anyone. The one thing that leaves the site is what you type into the help chat, which goes to Google to be answered (details below).
• We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

All data is private and will never be disclosed.

The help chat

Jane Wickline AI, the help chat in the corner of the site, sends your question and the last few messages of that conversation to Google Gemini to write the answer. It runs on Gemini's free tier, so Google may use those messages to improve its products. Don't type passwords, tokens or anything personal into it; anything shaped like an email address or a token is removed before it's sent.

Along with your question, Jane is told whether you're logged in, which page you're on, your request page address, whether Twitch and YouTube are connected and whether your queue is open. Never your email, name, creator token or anything about your viewers.

GD Requests doesn't store the conversation. It stays in your browser tab until you close the tab or press Clear chat. To enforce daily limits we count how many questions each IP address and account asks per day, keeping only a scrambled form of the IP, and delete those counts after two days.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. It contains no tracking information and is not shared with anyone.

Deleting your data

You can deactivate your account at any time from Account settings. If you want your data fully removed, reach out on our Discord and we'll take care of it.

Unofficial fan site

GD Requests is an unofficial, non-profit fan project made for the Geometry Dash community. It isn't made by, endorsed by or affiliated with RobTop Games AB, the makers of Geometry Dash, or with the Geode team.

Geometry Dash and its name, icons, difficulty faces and other art belong to RobTop Games AB. We use them only to show which game the site works with, and we don't claim any of them as ours. Levels belong to the people who made them.

GD Requests is free. It doesn't sell anything, take payments or run ads, and it doesn't make money from Geometry Dash or anything else.

Twitch, YouTube, Google and Discord are trademarks of their owners, and GD Requests isn't affiliated with them either.
